RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from MK Beauty Lab LLC through the Mila Nails Academy website.

DIGITAL COURSES AND VIDEO MASTERCLASSES

All online courses, video masterclasses, and other digital educational materials offered through the Mila Nails Academy website are digital products.

Once access to a purchased digital product has been provided, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued in the event of a duplicate charge, a technical error on the part of MK Beauty Lab LLC that prevents access to the purchased content, or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

A change of mind, inability to complete the course for personal reasons, lack of time, insufficient skill or experience, or failure to use the provided access does not qualify for a refund.

IN-PERSON TRAINING

Full payment is required to reserve and confirm a date for in-person training.

These cancellation and refund terms apply to Private Training, Duo Training, Salon Team Training, and other in-person training programs offered through the Mila Nails Academy website unless different terms are expressly agreed to in writing.

CANCELLATIONS MORE THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE TRAINING

If a cancellation request is received more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled training date, the client may choose either:

• a full refund of 100% of the amount paid; or
• one transfer of the payment to another available training date at no additional charge.

Any new training date is subject to availability and must be confirmed by MK Beauty Lab LLC.

CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN 14 DAYS AND 72 HOURS BEFORE TRAINING

If a cancellation request is received 14 calendar days or less, but at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

A request to reschedule during this period may be considered but is not guaranteed. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by MK Beauty Lab LLC.

CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 72 HOURS BEFORE TRAINING AND NO-SHOWS

If a cancellation request is received less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, no refund will be issued.

Failure to attend the scheduled training without prior cancellation (a “no-show”) is non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled training time. If a participant arrives substantially late and the delay makes it impractical or impossible to provide the scheduled training, the absence may be treated as a no-show and the payment will not be refunded.

DUO TRAINING

Duo Training is designed and priced for two participants.

If one participant cancels, MK Beauty Lab LLC may fill the available place with another student.

If a replacement participant cannot be arranged, MK Beauty Lab LLC may reschedule the remaining participant to another available Duo Training date. The remaining participant will not lose the amount already paid as a result of the other participant’s cancellation. The full amount paid by the remaining participant will be credited toward the rescheduled training.

The participant who cancels remains subject to the cancellation and refund rules stated above.

SALON TEAM TRAINING

The same cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms apply to Salon Team Training unless different terms are expressly agreed to in writing at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION BY MK BEAUTY LAB LLC

If MK Beauty Lab LLC cancels an in-person training session, the client may choose either:

• a full refund of 100% of the amount paid; or
• transfer of the full amount paid to another mutually agreed training date.

MK Beauty Lab LLC is not responsible for travel or other expenses incurred in connection with attending training, including airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, rental vehicles, or other related costs, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Clients traveling to attend training are encouraged to make refundable or flexible travel arrangements.

HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email to milanailsacademy@gmail.com.

The date and time the written request is received will be used to determine which cancellation and refund terms apply.
