SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

The Mila Nails Academy website is owned and operated by MK Beauty Lab LLC. We currently offer digital educational products and in-person training services. We do not currently sell or ship physical products.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Online courses, video masterclasses, and other digital educational materials are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

Following successful payment, access instructions will be provided electronically using the delivery method specified for the purchased product.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address when placing an order.

If you have successfully completed your purchase but have not received access to your digital product, please contact us at milanailsacademy@gmail.com.

IN-PERSON TRAINING

Private Training, Duo Training, and Salon Team Training are in-person educational services and do not involve shipment of physical products.

Information regarding the scheduled training date, time, and location will be provided or confirmed directly with the participant.
